How do I reset my password?
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
Can I use Classroom Walkthroughs offline?
The platform includes auto-save functionality and works well on mobile browsers. Your observations are saved automatically as you type and sync when you have connectivity. Just make sure to access the platform while online first to load your forms.
How do I add other administrators to our account?
Go to Settings > User Management. Click "Add User" and enter their email address and role. They'll receive an invitation email to create their account. You can set different permission levels for each user.
Can teachers see their evaluation scores immediately?
This is configurable. You can choose to share feedback immediately, after review, or on a scheduled basis. Go to Settings > Sharing Preferences to configure when teachers receive their evaluations.
How do I export data for state reporting?
Navigate to Reports > Compliance Reports. Select your date range and report type, then click "Export." You can download in Excel, CSV, or PDF format. The reports are pre-formatted to meet state requirements.
