Classroom Walkthroughs provides a digital platform for teacher evaluations and classroom observations for educational institutions. The Service includes web-based tools for conducting evaluations, storing observation data, generating reports, and managing the evaluation process.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to educational evaluation and assessment. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

5. Educational Data and Privacy

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that could temporarily affect availability, and we will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classroom Walkthroughs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classroom Walkthroughs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Data Export

You may export your data at any time during your subscription. Upon termination, we will maintain your data for 30 days to allow for export, after which it may be deleted.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
